Snow Day Fun Again....

There was so much snow that we were able to build a snowman.....He was a baseball one of course! The boys had fun throwing snowballs with the neighbor kids! What fun to be a kid!

Snow Day #2

Today LISD and CFB cancelled school - YEAH! The boys were eager to play outside again. I was sick of all the wet clothes and the snow through out my house, but how often does it snow like this in Texas - 12 inches a record. Jackie called to see if we wanted to go to Creekview HS to go sledding because they had the best hills. So, packed up the boys and headed out for some fun. The boys loved it - they never had been sledding before. Grant was a little dare devil - the sled would go so fast that a few times he ended up in water. By the end we were all soaking wet and had to strip Grant and wrap him up in a blanket. Thank God Jackie was soooo prepared. We had a fun morning!

Snow Day

I had to take a break from posting Christmas to show off the boys on their "Snow Day." LISD closed today, but CFB didn't so I had to let them run around in the snow before I left for work. They had a ball!

Christmas 2009 with My Family

Christmas Day is finally here! I tried to snap a few pictures of the boys as they ran out of our room to see what Santa brought, but I was unsuccessful.....They were too darn fast. Anyway, they didn't get as much as usual just because we spent a lot in DW. They are so spoiled no matter how you look at it....

Christmas Eve 2009

I love Christmas Eve! We have so many traditions we do with the boys; however this year was kind of crazy since we got back from Disney World a day before.....So, we had a mad rush of wrapping presents, making cookies for Santa, and getting last minute stuff ready. It snowed all day so it didn't help any, but the boys loved that we finally were going to have a "White Christmas."

All the presents - each kid had their own special wrapping paper!
